<description>I think your Podcasts are great, so much better than some of the American ones.

Anyway, I actually have a question that I hope you may be able to help me with.

I have recently looked up the 1911 census and found that my Grandfather had an older sister that my Dad never knew about.

Her name was Alice Maud Gaulton Born 18 Oct 1899 in Chorlton Lancashire. My Grandfathers parents died in 1916, and he and his two younger sisters went into an orphanage, but I am having great difficulty finding out what could have happened to Alice as she would have been 17 when her father Died in Dec 1916, the mother died earlier that same year. Have you any tips on where I could look to find out what happened to Alice and possibly how to find out which orphanage my grandfather went to.

If you can help, that would be great. Thanks for your podcasts keep them coming.

Regards
